Premiered at Bådteatret, Copenhagen
13th & 14th of November 2021
The performance Wrinkles is the first part of a dance theater trilogy based on the artists' personal relationship with Alzheimer's and the feeling of loneliness. Wrinkles is a short story about two people's connection as well as their individual ups and downs in life. The performance illuminates themes of friendship, trust, family and love and revolves around the celebration on memories.
Wrinkles premiered at Bådteatret in Copenhagen with support from Copenhagen's Performing Arts Committee and subsequently played at a number of care homes in Copenhagen Municipality in May 2022 with support from Fonden Ensomme Gamles Værn, where the group's purpose was to interact with the citizens.
